Gloucester Cooperative Bank is excited to introduce their new construction plans.
The new design incorporates 27 parking spaces, drive thru banking and provides retail and office space. The new building on Pleasant Street will offer space for let, including retail space at the ground level and second story office space. The new building on Main Street will contain the Teller Line and Customer Service Departments of the bank. Commercial Banking Services, Mortgage Loan Services and Consumer Lending will all be located in the original building on Middle Street. The traffic pattern will be the same as it is now, with entry from Main Street (drive-thru traffic will flow in behind the new building on Main Street) all traffic will exit onto Middle Street.
