COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION LOANS
Construction loans - for the renovation or construction of commercial properties or the development of residential rental properties including subdivisions and spec homes. Loan proceeds are deposited into the customer's Gloucester Cooperative Business Checking Account in stages as construction progresses and are based on a physical inspection of the site by the Bank. Once the project is completed the construction loan is usually converted to a commercial mortgage.
